The UNESCO Chair Programme is a global initiative that aims to promote international inter-university cooperation, share knowledge, and develop collaborative work in the fields of education, science, culture, and communication. The program was launched in 1992 and has since established over 950 UNESCO Chairs and 45 UNITWIN Networks in 120 countries.

AIDE - Artificial Intelligence Innovative Designs for Education

Another module well delivered.

The AI Empowered Research (AI-RE) module was delivered to a full house of 85 Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU / APIIT) Faculty and PostGrad students together with 20 International online participants.

Participants were exposed to a variety of Gen-AI tools that help you do the heavy lifting in research freeing you to do the creative and brain work of research.

At the end of a full day of training and hands-on support, participants presented early drafts of research proposals.

This proves that when Real Intelligence (RI) meets Artificial Intelligence (AI), the result is intellectual output that is fast, ethical and reliable.

Transformative Workshop Ushers in a New Era of Digital Literacy for Our Indigenous Youth!

We’re thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of Phase 1 of our immersive workshop as part of the “Empowering Digitally Intelligent Indigenous Youth: From Mindset to Mastery” project.

The Digitally Intelligent Indigenous Youth (DI2Y) project aims to empower indigenous youth in the Gua Musang area by training a batch of teachers who will train their students and members of their indigenous and local communities.

20 Ministry of Education Malaysia teachers from the Kelantan State Education Department (JPN Kelantan) attended this first phase of the workshop.

Workshop Highlights

Cultivating a Growth Mindset for innovation.
Participants delved deep into understanding the power of a growth mindset, learning how perseverance and embracing challenges can lead to true innovation.

Harnessing essential Soft Skills for business leadership.
Emphasizing the importance of communication, leadership, negotiation, and teamwork, the workshop equipped attendees with the interpersonal skills crucial for entrepreneurial success

With a perfect blend of theory and hands-on learning, we’ve primed our participants for Phase 2 and preparing them for the challenge of training the Indigenous Youth in Gua Musang!
